In 2019, Sarah and Lee Brodgen founded PLANT SHACK with a clear mission: to make the health benefits of a plant-based lifestyle easy and accessible to everyone. In 2025, Larissa opened in Denia, with the vision of extending the PLANT SHACK philosophy and creating Denia’s first sports-driven community, through Run, Silent Walks by Caminafit, and Swim clubs.
