In 2019, Sarah and Lee Brodgen founded PLANT SHACK with a clear mission: to make the plant-based lifestyle easy and accessible for everyone. In 2025, Tara, Steven, and Ruben opened in Jávea with the vision of expanding the PLANT SHACK philosophy and community—creating Jávea’s first sports-driven community through Run, Ride, and Swim clubs.
